All drawings…photos and designs are the property of Kris' Kustoms and are not to be duplicated...

ORDERING

After the details for a custom order are agreed upon…we require a 50% deposit… Payment in full (balance of order + shipping charges) is required before the order will be shipped…

We accept Visa…Mastercard…Discover…Paypal and personal checks…

Once a custom garment is completed no returns will be accepted…extenuating circumstances can occur…any decisions would be discussed if we're notified within 2 weeks of the customer receiving the order…

Kris' Kustoms will not do the same design or color within an age group in a given breed…

Please try on all orders as soon as they arrive…reasonable alterations are provided at no cost…but you must notify us within 2 weeks after receiving your order or all alterations and shipping costs will apply…

Standard shipping charges apply to all orders…we ship Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation…we will ship UPS overnight with additional charges…
